The Thomas J. Rolfs Family Foundation made a very generous gift to the Threshold in 2020, just as we were experiencing financial difficulties. In speaking with family members, we were told, “Our family knew the struggles the Threshold was facing and we could not allow this to deter them from helping people that need the services they provide. The Threshold is near and dear to our hearts and has been for a very long time. Giving to this well-respected and long-standing entity gave us a true sense of joy, especially knowing they help so many people in our community facing life challenges.”
We are so very thankful for the Thomas J. Rolfs Foundation and many others who help us continue our mission to “Create Opportunities to Enrich Lives!” 
John and Arlene Beisbier are long-time, dear friends of the Threshold. Their son, Jim, receives services through our agency. John spent many years on Threshold's Board of Directors. They are also valued Threshold Society Members.
At our Annual Celebration on April 18, 2023 John presented a very generous gift to the Threshold, Incorporated amounting to $200,000.00! This wonderful gift will help our agency in a huge way, as we brighten, refresh and remodel program spaces at our Rolfs Avenue location! Our goal is to make for a brighter, safer and more inviting atmosphere for clients attending our day services. John and Arlene's generosity will go a long way in bringing this project to fruition. Everyone at the Threshold is so very grateful for this gift! On behalf of all of us, THANK YOU John and Arlene! We appreciate your caring support! You will remain in our hearts always!
