Transportation is provided by Riteway Company to transport a small number of clients from their homes to agency service locations.

If your funding source is contracting with the Threshold for your taxi transportation needs our service coordinators may work with the taxi companies to set up your transportation services.

Families and care providers are responsible for contacting taxi services in the event of a client’s absence. 

If the client is using the Threshold for transportation, families and providers are responsible for contacting the Threshold at 262-338-1188, ext 0 to report client absences.

One van route starts before business hours. If you are on that route, you will be given a cell phone number to leave a message for the driver of that van route. Johnson Bus Company’s telephone number is 262-334-3146.
